Upon signing the contract, Deltaray issues an invoice with a due date of 10 business days.
After the customer transfers the invoiced amount, we confirm receipt via email and begin deploying the cluster.
Once the cluster is deployed, we provide the login links and credentials. In a separate email, we confirm that the cluster delivery is complete. This successful deployment initiates both the annual contract renewal and the monthly storage usage adjustment cycle.
The contract includes up to 500 GB of storage usage.
A monthly report is provided to confirm the actual storage usage and the corresponding invoiced amount, even if usage remains within the included limit.
Usage fees under $100 are carried over to the following month.
An adjustment invoice is issued once every twelve months, even if the total accumulated fees do not exceed $100.
