Bring Your Own Data

For customers who want more control over their options data, we offer the flexibility to bring your own dataset.

Preferred Data Source​

We recommend using CBOE DataShop as the preferred data provider. However, if you have another source in mind, please reach out to us, and we will verify its compatibility with our system.

Planning Ahead​

Bringing your own data requires some planning. If you're considering this, please reach out to us in advance so we can ensure a smooth integration.

Data Availability Based on Account Type​

  • Retail Account: By default, our retail setup provides options data at a 5-minute interval.
  • Institutional Account: All options data available for retail accounts is included in the institutional accounts as well. If you need higher resolution data, our institutional setup allows you to bring your own dataset.
    • 1-minute interval: Can be supported.
    • Higher resolution than 1-minute: Requires additional evaluation and setup on our end.

Institutional Setup Benefits​

With an institutional account, you get access to a dedicated cluster where you can bring your own data. You have more control over your setup and can work with the data as needed.
